- Her passion for advocacy is reflected in positions held with: JLB Innocence Project, Black Legislative Caucus, GWU Law Human Rights Clinic, Oxford University International Human Rights Advocates, Immigration Clinic, and AIPAC
- Current board member of Jewish Family Services and Ezra Academy
- Holds a J.D. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Brandeis University
- Raised in Woodbridge, a product of the Amity and Woodbridge school systems, and returned with her husband and three children in 2019
