WE HAVE A PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

For too long, Woodbridge was stuck in the same cycle:
talk, delay, gridlock, repeat.
Under Mica Cardozo’s leadership, that’s finally changed. We’re making real progress — responsibly, transparently, and with residents at the center of every decision.

WE HAVE A PLAN FOR SMART, RESPONSIBLE GROWTH.
Use the CCW property, land the Town fully controls, for carefully scaled housing, small business, and recreation that strengthens our tax base.
Protect the Business District for what it’s meant to be: a center for small business and community life.
Grow our economy responsibly — so we can fund schools, maintain services, and ease the burden on homeowners.
Woodbridge’s future depends on leadership that sees the big picture and connects the dots.
Woodbridge deserves progress, not paralysis.
VOTE FOR LEADERSHIP THAT LISTENS, PLANS, AND ACTS.
VOTE ROW A FOR WOODBRIDGE’S FUTURE.
A COMMON GROUND FOR WOODBRIDGE HAS NO PLAN
The Republican A Common Ground for Woodbridge slate wants to offload the responsibility for affordable housing onto the backs of Business District residents.
Their platform hides behind phrases that sound nice like “protecting open space” and “fitting within existing residential areas,” but here’s the truth: they’re blocking real solutions while pretending to care about balance.
Rob Rosasco and his team oppose the Country Club of Woodbridge Master Plan, a plan that preserves over 110 acres of open space because it includes plans for housing. Instead, they’d rather leave that property untouched forever, ignoring the real housing challenges facing Woodbridge.
Their answer? More talk about ADUs, a policy that’s been on the books for years and produced exactly six units. That’s not leadership. That’s spin.
Rob and his team offer no plan, no funding, and no fix.
Mica knows that growth must be planned, not pushed — and that the housing burden should never fall on Business District residents. He’s focused on progress that works for everyone, not politics that protects the status quo.
